We install XPEL only, we keep the bay filtered and lit, and we pay fair for the work. If you care how the edges read at eye level and how the customer feels when they walk around the vehicle at pickup, there is a seat here for you.

Real XPEL training
Installers get manufacturer-backed XPEL training and certification paid for by the shop. If you already are certified, we will keep you on the current specs and new film releases.
A dust-controlled bay, not a garage
You work in a filtered, LED-lit install bay — not a driveway. That means clean installs, no debris under the film, and pride in what leaves the shop.
Consistent Yakima Valley work
Automotive tint, PPF, commercial, and residential — the calendar stays booked year-round across Yakima, Selah, Union Gap, Sunnyside, and Prosser.

Is Redline Tinting hiring?
Yes — we are always open to hiring certified tint installers, PPF techs, front-desk / sales, and detail-prep techs at our Yakima shop. If you take pride in a clean install and show up ready to work, send us a message.
Do I need XPEL certification to apply?
No — XPEL certification is preferred for installer roles, but we will train the right person. If you have prior tint or PPF experience but are not XPEL-certified, we can put you on the path. Front-desk, sales, and prep roles do not require XPEL certification.
What are you looking for in a crew member?
Reliability first, then craft. Someone who shows up on time, respects the vehicle, keeps the bay clean, and cares how the film reads at eye level. Prior tint / PPF / detail experience is a plus, but attitude and consistency matter most.
